Welcome to AA Diesel. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products, and outline the legally binding terms between you (“you”, “the customer”, or “the user”) and AA Diesel (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”). By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

The information provided on our website, including these Terms and Conditions, is for general guidance only. It is not intended as legal advice. These T&Cs aim to outline your and our rights and responsibilities clearly and transparently, in compliance with applicable South African legislation, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (CPA).
AA Diesel provides diesel engine parts, repairs, and related mechanical services. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.
All purchases are subject to our delivery and returns policies.
Payment methods accepted include EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), credit/debit cards, and any other method displayed at checkout or agreed in writing. Payment must be made in full before delivery or release of any products or services, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Warranty - 6 Month Limited Warranty
All products and parts sold by AA Diesel are covered by a six-month limited warranty from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever occurs first. This warranty guarantees that the product is free from material defects, suitable for its intended purpose, and compliant with applicable quality standards. It is provided in addition to, and does not override, the rights that customers are entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), No. 68 of 2008.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including the failure of components under normal use and proper installation conditions. It applies to parts installed by AA Diesel technicians or under our supervision. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect installation by unauthorised parties, or any unauthorised modification or repair. Normal wear and tear, electrical faults unrelated to the part supplied, and damage resulting from accidents, fire, water, extreme weather, or other external causes are also excluded from warranty coverage.
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact AA Diesel using the contact details provided and submit valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt. The defective product must be returned for inspection, at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated. Upon receiving and assessing the returned item, AA Diesel will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it, or provide a refund. This process will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 21 business days.
It is important to note that the original six-month warranty period remains in effect regardless of whether the product is repaired or replaced. Repairs or replacements do not renew or extend the warranty. By offering this warranty, AA Diesel aims to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction while maintaining compliance with South African consumer protection legislation.
